About Me

Tracey Blackwell is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur and advocate for service-driven success. After a 20-year successful leadership career with a large grocery retailer, Tracey transitioned into the insurance industry in 2005 as an agent. What began as a career pivot quickly became a calling and her passion for helping people fueled rapid success and professional growth.

In 2012, Tracey founded her own company, growing it into a multi-million dollar business. Throughout her insurance career, she has held several influential leadership roles, including Regional Chair for MetLife Insurance and Texas State Constituent, Vice President and President for the Central Texas Region at Liberty Mutual. One of her proudest professional achievements was serving on the National Panel for Liberty Mutual, representing leadership and excellence at the highest level. Having sold her insurance business and now “semi-retired,” Tracey continues to openly share her insights and knowledge about sales building, customer relationships, and the importance of integrity and authenticity when building your business and often uses the DISC profile as a method to help leaders tap into their strengths.

Service and generosity are deeply rooted in Tracey’s upbringing. She comes from a family of “givers,” inspired by both her mother and father. Her father founded the non-profit John’s Kids, which serves Title I schools by providing school supplies, bicycles and PB&J meals to children in need. Carrying forward that legacy, Tracey is actively involved in numerous non-profits including RACAP food drives, OutYouth of Austin, and Alzheimer's Advocacy, among others. She is especially passionate about helping women recognize their potential and often supports them through coaching and mentorship.

Tracey and her wife Cathy Harm have been together for 36 years and are the proud parents of two sons. Austin lives in Salt Lake City and works as a zookeeper while Chase has been an HEB partner for eight years and current serves as a lead at the San Marcos store. Their third “son” is Archie, the family dog affectionately referred to as Tracey’s favorite. Known for her authenticity, heart for others and belief in the power of human connection, Tracey is also famous for giving exceptional hugs – an extension of the warmth and encouragement she brings to every person she meets.
